Daily maintenance of a plasma cleaner involves the following steps to ensure stable operation and effective cleaning:
1. Chamber Cleaning
After each operation, promptly clean the chamber of any remaining process debris and reaction byproducts (such as organic decomposition residue and dust). Wipe with a clean, soft cloth. For stubborn stains, use a dedicated cleaning agent (compatible with the equipment material and designed to avoid corrosion). Perform a thorough, deep cleaning regularly (e.g., monthly) to prevent impurities from accumulating and affecting plasma uniformity and reducing cleaning quality.
2. Gas Source Management
Ensure gas source purity. Strictly select gases of the appropriate grade (such as argon or oxygen) according to equipment requirements. Regularly check gas source pressure and promptly replace gas cylinders or maintain the gas supply system to prevent abnormal plasma generation due to insufficient pressure or impure gas, which could damage the equipment or affect treatment results.
3. Electrode Maintenance
Regularly (quarterly, recommended) check the electrode condition and clean any dust and oxide deposits on the electrode surface. Gently brush with a soft brush or wipe with anhydrous ethanol (if explosion-proof and other safety requirements are met) to ensure electrode conductivity and plasma excitation efficiency. If the electrode is severely worn, contact the manufacturer to replace it with an appropriate model.
4. Power Supply and Circuit Monitoring
Daily monitor the device's power indicator and voltage/current display to ensure they are functioning properly. Regularly (quarterly) have a professional inspect the circuit wiring and insulation, and check the power module for abnormal heating or fluctuations. This will prevent electrical failures that could cause equipment downtime, damage, or even safety hazards.
5. Software and Program Maintenance
If the device uses operating software, back up the program data regularly, monitor the manufacturer's software update notifications, and update it promptly (under the manufacturer's guidance) to address potential vulnerabilities and ensure stable control logic and accurate execution of processing parameters.
