(1) Pre-vacuum chamber
The function of the pre-vacuum chamber is to ensure that the etching chamber is maintained at a set vacuum level, is not affected by the external environment (such as dust, water vapor), and isolates hazardous gases from the clean room. It consists of a cover, a manipulator, a transmission mechanism, an isolation door, etc.

 

(2) Etching chamber
The etching chamber is the core structure of the ICP etching equipment. It has a direct impact on the etching rate, the verticality of the etching, and the roughness. (3) Gas supply system
