Main Components (Configuration)
Cabinet
Made of high-quality steel plates with a textured powder coating finish. The cabinet surface is corrosion-resistant, durable, and aesthetically designed in white color, making it suitable for modern cleanroom environments.
Electrode Plates
Fabricated from high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum through an advanced deep-hole integral molding process. Each plate measures 1355mm × 850mm, with a total of 6 plates to guarantee high-efficiency and uniform plasma treatment.
Main Applications
This system is primarily used for PCB (Printed Circuit Board) surface cleaning. It effectively removes fine particles, residual resin, organic contaminants, and oxide layers. By improving surface activation, the plasma process significantly enhances adhesion, bonding strength, solderability, and reliability for subsequent processes such as coating, lamination, and welding.
