Vacuum Chamber

Measuring 1000mm × 1170mm × 1490mm with a wall thickness ≥30mm, built from high-strength alloy materials to ensure long-term vacuum stability and durability.

Vacuum Pump System

Equipped with a Hanbell brand dry vacuum pump set, delivering high pumping speed, stable performance, low maintenance, and reliability for continuous operation.
