Plasma Cleaner Operation
Aug 04, 2025
The plasma cleaning process primarily includes pretreatment, plasma discharge, cleaning, and drying.
Pretreatment: Surface preparation of the items to be cleaned, such as cutting, grinding, degreasing, and dust removal, is required to ensure effective plasma cleaning.
Plasma discharge: The items to be cleaned are placed inside the plasma cleaner, and a high-frequency power source is activated to generate plasma. The plasma's chemical reactions and physical effects remove surface contaminants.
Cleaning: After plasma discharge, the items to be cleaned are deep-cleaned in a cleaning solution to remove any remaining contaminants.
Drying: After cleaning, the items to be cleaned must be dried to ensure that no water marks or other contaminants remain on the surface.
