The plasma electrodes use a fully enclosed water-cooled design, maintaining stable temperatures during processing to improve treatment uniformity and reliability. An independent chiller provides continuous cooling for the electrodes and vacuum chamber, extending equipment lifespan. The gas delivery system supports four channels, including N₂, O₂, H₂, and CF₄, with flow meters from Japan's Kojima brand. The flow range is 0–2000ml/min, and fluctuations are kept within 5%, ensuring precise process control.

It can handle rolls with a maximum diameter of 400mm and a weight up to 350kg. A patented web alignment and tension control system ensures high-quality winding. Loading and unloading operations are simple, and the entire treatment process is fully automated, enabling high efficiency for continuous production.
